How to know if your child has bulimia

1. She/he says that she/he has eaten before arriving

2.she keeps hair ties in the toilet that are used but never uses them around the house or outside , she uses those to keep her hair away from the vomit 

3.She/he has a diary where he/she writes everything he/she eats 

4.Eats junk food or food she/he likes but not normal food

5. You keep finding small vomit trails in the toilet or surroundings 

6. Bad breath 

7. Broken lips

8. Irritability 

9. Trying to avoid the subject of eating disorders 

10. Continuous flushing when using the toilet 

11. Bad smell in bedroom (sometimes bulimic a hide bags of vomit)

12. She/he is nervous when you look around the room 

13. Using the toilet after every meal 

14. Unusually inflammated cheeks 

15. Dryness in the elbows 

16. Disappearance of large amounts of food 

17. Always eats in her/his room 

18 . Doesn't want you to know what websites he/she visits

19. He/she wears a purple bracelet or a purple one and a red one 

20.suddenly loves purple things 

21. Visits sites like Ana & Mia or that mention "Ana" and "Mia"

Mia means bulimia.
