This guide is something I would like to have had when I had no idea about life. Sometimes we can be lost and wrong in what seems so ovbious , or maybe we just left our lifes go into a bad shape .

Basics to being happy


  • Sleep enough
When you don't sleep enough everything looks so much darker and harder.


  • Put thought in what you wear , how you look.
You dress well , you feel well.


  • Stop thinking about yourself as fat.
Obviously...


  • don't deprive yourself , and dont binge
You can't be happy depriving yourself , you'll just end up binging , feeling heavy lazy , uncomfortable and depressed.


  • Surround yourself with good people .


  • Be ready to have bad times , and know that they'll pass.
They'll be days where you will have to go through mud , and the hatters will hate and you will want earth to eat you , but remember...
Everything will be alright .
And someone loves you.
