This guide is something I would like to have had when I had no idea about life. Sometimes we can be lost and wrong in what seems so ovbious , or maybe we just left our lifes go into a bad shape .

Things you probably do that are depressing you


  1. Listening to sad/depressing bands that make sad depressing songs.
  2. Not sleeping enough.
  3. Having contact with people that poison your energy.
  4. Being too lazy.
  5. Trying to resist cravings.
  6. Overthinking.
  7. Depending on having a bf/gf to be happy.
  8. Speding to much time bored/with nothing to do.
  9. Understamate yourself.
  10. Not daring to do what you really want.
